Tuthill Pump Group is looking for partners to handle its range of ATEX certified magnetically coupled external gear pumps.

Partners to handle its range of ATEX certified magnetically coupled external gear pumps are being sought by Tuthill Pump Group of Ilkeston.

Part of its extensive pump range with applications across industry, Tuthill's magnetically coupled external gear pumps are engineered for precision applications, including those involving aggressive chemicals and fluids at temperatures ranging from -60 to +176C.

Providing leak proof fluid transfer, they are particularly suitable for metering, dosing, blending, sampling and cooling in the in the chemical, processing and water treatment industries.

Displacements cover from 0.11 to 2.3ml/rev with media viscosity ranging from 0.3 to more than 2000cps.

Handling capacities range from 4 to 690 litre/h with system pressures of 35bar and differential pressures to 25bar.

Magnetic components are of ceramic or samarium cobalt and material options for metal components include 316L stainless steel, titanium and Hastelloy.

PPS, Peek, PTFE and LCP can be employed for the gears and bearings, depending on application requirements.

Motor options include AC, DC, BLDC and air.

Variable-speed Motor Mate adapter kits are available.
