Tuthill Pump Group's ATEX approved magnetically coupled external gear pumps for precise dosing and metering are presented in a new full-colour, 6-page brochure.

Able to control accurately flows ranging from 1 ml/min up to more than 40 litre/min, cope with temperatures up to 176C and handle viscosities from 0.3 to 10,000cPs, these Tuthill pumps offer precise solutions for many different pumping applications across many industries.

Constructed in combinations of quality 316 stainless steel, Hastelloy, titanium and engineering plastics, there are pumps with excellent resistance to chemicals and corrosive fluids whilst all offer durability.

Their magnetically coupled construction eliminates packing and mechanical seals.

In addition, having no diaphragms or plastic pipes that can rupture, they are leak-free.

Further, Tuthill's external gear design offers flow that is relatively independent of pressure resulting in constant fluid delivery with no pulsations and controlled volume that is accurate and repeatable.

The pumps are designed to operate at two- and four-pole motor speeds, eliminating the need for gear reducers.

Drive options include AC, DC, BDLC and air motors.

AC motors can be supplied to match local power supply as either or single or three-phase units.

They are compatible with both IEC and NEMA motors, including explosion proof designs.
