Turck has developed new 3- and 4-pin M5 Pentafast threaded connector products for carrying power and signals to factory automation equipment in pharmaceutical, electronics and semiconductor industries.

The M5 Pentafast family offers a 3- or 4-pin connection with a coupling nut that is only 6mm in diameter.

The 3- and 4-pin moulded cables are available with PUR cable, straight or right-angle configurations, standard or custom lengths, as pigtail or extension cords.

Engineers can mate these cordsets to a male or female receptacle for the smallest industrial connection on the market.

The 3- and 4-pin M5 Pentafast connector provides protection which meets IEC IP67 and are rated for 125V and 1A.
