TexLoc now offers PTFE convoluted Tex-Flex in two new small-diameter sizes.

The smaller convoluted sizes allow for a small diameter tube with improved flexibility to be used in OEM equipment with tight space restrictions.

These new sizes provide designers with greater flexibility in achieving extremely small bend diameters than they could achieve with a thin-wall smooth-bore tube.

Applications include medical equipment, lab equipment, semiconductor equipment and aircraft harnesses.

TexLoc's Convo-2 convoluted tube has an inside cuff diameter of 0.125in and a standard cuff length of 0.75in, and is available as a standard product in natural.

The cuff lengths can be special ordered to fit specific customer requirements.

TexLoc's 001/8 also has a 0.125in inside diameter and is manufactured to ASM-T 81914/2 (although this specification does not list a size this small).

This product is offered in natural or black as a standard product.

Both sizes are available in coils, in cut pieces with or without cuffs, and with a wire-reinforced outside diameter for added strength when specified.
