Permark 316 is a stainless-steel marker system designed to provide permanent and highly visible identification to cables, pipes, hoses and other service lines located in hostile environments.

Permark 316 is a stainless-steel marker system designed to provide permanent and highly visible identification to cables, pipes, hoses and other service lines located in hostile environments.

Using state-of-the-art technology and no inks, the marking system produces permanent identification, with darkened characters to contrast with the unmarked surface and maintain legibility.

The rugged one-piece markers have a wide operating temperature range from -80 to over +500C and provide excellent resistance to attack from chemicals, abrasion, corrosion, UV and other weathering.

Tyco Electronics supplies Permark 316 premarked to customer requirements, using software that allows data entry manually or from electronic files.

It offers a fast turn-around service and the ready-to-use markers are delivered in sheet-mounted format for easy pickability and installation.

To ensure the integrity of the marker is not compromised by the fixing, the company also offers and recommends the use of its stainless-steel cable ties, which are manufactured in the same material as Permark 316.
