Cleaning solutions for electronic components

An International Products Corporation product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Jan 26, 2009

Micro-90 Concentrated Cleaning Solution and Surface-Cleanse/930, both of which are manufactured by International Products Corporation (IPC), quickly remove flux, fingerprints, and many other soils.

They can be used in ultrasonic baths, and offer an excellent alternative to solvent-based cleaning.

Micro-90 is a concentrated alkaline cleaner with a unique formulation of chelants, ionic, and non-ionic ingredients that work together to remove soils.

Surface-Cleanse/930 is a neutral cleaner designed for use on delicate metals.

Its low-sodium content makes it a good candidate for cleaning electronic components.

In addition to these products, IPC manufactures a full line of aqueous concentrates, including: LF2100 Liquid Low-Foam Cleaner, a high-performance alkaline cleaner for use in high-agitation washers and spray systems; Micro A07 Citric Acid Cleaner, for removal of hard water scale, mineral deposits, rust, and other inorganic soils; Zymit Low-Foam Enzyme Cleaner, a neutral pH formulation of enzymes and detergents for removal of starches and proteins; and Zymit Pro Enzyme Cleaner, a neutral pH formula of protease enzymes, detergents, and builders for removal of protein-based soils.
