UDT adds IR detectors and modules

UDT Sensors is expanding its product offerings to include Heimann Sensors' infra-red thermopile and pyroelectric detectors and modules for IR measurement applications for a variety of applications.

UDT Sensors has entered into a strategic product partnership with Heimann Sensors.

UDT Sensors will expand its product offerings to include Heimann Sensors' infra-red thermopile and pyroelectric detectors and modules for IR measurement applications for a variety of applications.

UDT Sensors has been a global leader in engineering design and manufacturing of optoelectronic components and subassemblies for commercial and military/aerospace markets.

The company will now be the exclusive representative for Heimann Sensors product line in North America for supplying thermopiles for contactless temperature measurement and gas concentration measurement applications.

UDT Sensors' Sales Manager, Chandresh Asher, notes: "This new product alliance will give our current and future customers expanded product offerings that now include these highly sensitive thermopile detectors".
