Starline ball valve stocks cover sizes 0.25 to 6in, full and reduced bore, ANSI 150 to 2500lb with flanged, screwed (npt/bsp), socket and butt weld ends.

Standard materials include A105, LF2 and 316(L), 3.1.B certified and conforming to NACE as standard.

Other materials such as duplex are readily available on request.

Starline valves are Lloyds and DNV type approved and have been fire tested to BS6755 Part 2, verified by Lloyds, to cover the complete range.

Starline holds Lloyds PED and ISO9001 approval and has numerous other prestigious third party approvals such as the API 6D licence monogram.

The UK stock range includes: Master Star class 800lb with steam seat as standard; Super Star class 900lb with screwed/weld ends available up to 4in; Mega Star class 1500-2500lb high-pressure valve with nylon seats; three- and four-way multiport valves with T, L or X port configurations; Threaded Star, offering multi-end connection configurations; Ultra Star class 150-2500lb trunnion mounted valves 0.5 to 8in; Metal Star metal seated ball valves for arduous service applications; Twin Star double block and bleed valves; and Cryo Star cryogenic valves for working temperatures down to -200C.

A wide range of seat and seal options provides a solution, within the Starline range, to most process application problems.

A comprehensive stock of components allows for quick modifications.

Common parts also make fast track deliveries possible such as combination end connections, eg flanged x screwed.

ISO5211 mounting pads provide easy assembly of actuators and ancillaries.
