Teflon seals cope with high temperature
and vacuum
Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals required a high accuracy diaphragm seal for use in high temperature vacuum applications; UK Instruments and Controls supplied specially designed flanged teflon seals to suit.
Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals required a high accuracy diaphragm seal for use in high temperature vacuum applications for their new USA$47m plant at Teesside UK Instruments and Controls supplied the specially designed Dresser Ashcroft flanged teflon diaphragm seals for all applicable field instruments
This Included Ashcroft pressure gauges, Rosemount transmitters and switches.
The Dresser diaphragm seal was selected from the various manufacturers as it was found to be the only seal to perform under the process conditions.
