The Ashcroft DXLdp low pressure transmitter features the exclusive SpoolCal process valve actuator.

Troubleshooting and calibration procedures are critical to maintaining high precision in bio-pharm and other HVAC airflow systems.

Accomplishing this task involves complicated procedures that include shutting down the system, cutting and splicing wires or removing the instruments for evaluation - until now.

The Ashcroft DXLdp low pressure transmitter features the exclusive SpoolCal process valve actuator.

For the first time, transmitters in critical airflow systems can be easily validated and calibrated in place without disturbing process tubes or wiring.

With a simple twist of the wrist to the left, the SpoolCal tees the process pressure out to a handheld calibrator.

A twist to the right puts it in calibration mode.

The front access test jacks provide an online reference signal without removing wiring, avoiding signal interruption.

The DXLdp offers added features, with 2:1 turndown and range status LEDs for instant troubleshooting information.

These unique features combine to create a product that dramatically improves system reliability and efficiency.
