Univer has launched a telescopic pneumatic cylinder which reduces the overall closed length by as much as 60% compared with a conventional ISO cylinder.

Univer has launched a telescopic pneumatic cylinder which reduces the overall closed length by as much as 60% compared with a conventional ISO cylinder.

This important technical breakthrough has been achieved with the design of complex airflow paths through the aluminium extrusions of each stage.

A huge reduction in overall length means this cylinder is ideal for Space-saving applications without compromise of the working stroke length.

Available in a range of bore sizes the two- or three-stage telescopic cylinder is supplied as standard with a non-rotating rod, mechanical shock absorbers, magnetic piston and stroke lengths up to 1800mm.
