UK Process Valves has been appointed a stockist, distributor of the ITT Fabri range of fabricated knife gate valves.

ITT Fabri can manufacture knife gate valves in a size range from DN 50 (2in) bore to DN 2400 (96in) bore with an incredibly diverse range of materials of construction and seat designs at their disposal.

ITT Fabri manufactures knife gate valves to the highest possible specification using three distinct types of construction.

As well as producing knife gate valves using an orthodox casting process, ITT Fabri as the name suggests also produce valves from welded fabrications.

This process enables ITT Fabri to produce valves from virtually any weldable alloys in incredibly short lead times.

Valves can also be produced using a lined construction method whereby a stainless steel liner is installed within a cast iron body.

This method of construction results in a corrosion resistant valve which is extremely cost effective.

Many traditional manufacturers of knife gate valves have concentrated only on producing lower specification, very cost effective valves from cast iron, aimed at the paper and the water industries.

This philosophy has lead to knife gate valves being considered as lower specification, lower cost products for non-critical isolation applications.

The ITT Fabri product range breaks with this tradition and offers knife gate valves designed specifically to solve a customer's unique problem.

The ITT Fabri product range is manufactured under the 9001/EN29001 standard and are 'CE' marked as fully compliant with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.

UK Process Valves hold extensive stocks of the ITT Fabri product range which are augmented by a comprehensive knowledge of valve specification and application.

Customers appreciate the security of dealing with a supplier who understands their technical requirements.
