New from UK Process Valves is the Fluval API600 range of gate, globe and check valves.
Established in 1969, Fluval is one of the leading Spanish manufacturers of industrial valves and currently employs over 125 people with an approximate turnover of US $33 million.
A complete range of API 600 cast-steel gate, globe and check valves are manufactured, mainly for the oil, chemical and petrochemical industries, but they are also suitable for use in mining, gas treatment and distribution.
Valve sizes range from 2 to 48in, and pressure classes are available from ASA Class 150lb to ASA Class 2500lb.
Unlike most manufacturers of gate, globe and check valves, Fluval does not only produce standard bolted bonnet valves but also offer more specialist designs such as welded bonnet valves, pressure seal bonnet valves and bellows sealed bonnet valves.
This flexibility also extends to the available materials of construction which include all specialist alloys as well as the standard grades of carbon and stainless steel.
The quality control at Fluval is fully certified to ISO9000, and all valves are CE marked in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.
Some of the agencies which have approved Fluval products include: Lloyds Register, TUV, Ministry of Industry (Spain), Bureau Veritas, American Bureau of Shipping, Ministry of Defence (Spain).
