System doubles up on water treatment
The AquaVantage Systems Series AVD is based on the trusted and proven AVS Series but has two independent circuits each capable of treating one or more pipes.
The AquaVantage Systems Series AVD is based on the trusted and proven AVS Series but has two independent circuits each capable of treating one or more pipes This makes treating water in plant rooms with two pipes very cost effective

Wiltshire NHS Trust eliminates scale fouling
The North Wilts and Swindon Healthcare NHS Trust has incorporated the latest AquaVantage digital electronic scale control system into a newly refurbished plant room.
With careful installation design, systems in the AVD series are capable of treating multiple pipework systems with just one control unit.
In the simplest possible terms, AquaVantage Systems introduce digitally pulsed time and power varied electromagnetic frequency fields into the water.
The fields travel through the water using the conductivity of the water.
The fields cause the mineral ions to disassociate from the water molecule.
The fields cause the ions to combine as inert non-scaling crystals of mineral carbonates or sulphates The frequency fields extend well into the ultrasonic range and this aids removal of existing scale.
The scaling minerals simply wash through to waste preventing scaling of pipework and vital operating components.
The electromagnetic frequency fields use the conductivity of the water to extend protection throughout the entire circulation system.
The result of the treatment is the retention of the good qualities of hard water, eg nonaggressive water, but without the drawback of scale fouling and there is no effect on water potability.
