Instrument analyses motions of entire
structures
Umech Technologies has introduced a MicroElectro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) measurement solution capable of measuring motions from 1 Hz to 10 MHz in 3 dimensions with nanometer resolution.
Umech Technologies LLC today introduced a MicroElectro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) measurement solution capable of measuring motions from 1 Hz to 10 MHz in 3 dimensions with nanometer resolution The Umech Networked Probe Station combines video microscopy, stroboscobic illumination, and advanced algorithms to visualize and analyze the motions of entire structures and arrays of structures simultaneously
The Umech Networked Probe Station is a turn-key solution to characterizing the complex motions of MEMS, providing built-in drive electronics, data acquisition , data analysis, and report-generation capabilities.
The Probe station also provides real-time slow motion display and remote operation capabilities.
The Umech Networked Probe Station is based on work done at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Research Laboratory of Electronics.
