Linear actuators top the range

Bahr linear actuator systems are designed in a modular format to give a tailor-made solution for almost every possible application.

Bahr linear actuator systems are designed in a modular format to give a tailor-made solution for almost every possible application Bahr systems are made of self-supporting, wear-resistant aluminium profiles in a wide range of sizes: the EL range in 30, 40, 60, 80, 100 and 125mm square; the EG range in 30, 40, 60, 80mm square; the DL range in 60 x 120, 80 x 160 and 100 x 200mm; and the QL range in 60 x 60, 80 x 80, 100 x 100mm

All profiles conform to the medium fine DIN17615 standard.

Bahr positioning systems are all CAD-designed to meet precise customer requirements, with mechanical efficiency, positioning and repeatable accuracy being co-ordinated in an optimal way.

Linearity of 0.35mm/m and maximum torsion of 0.35mm/m is standard, an angular torsion of 0.2mm/40mm and a parallelism of 0.2mm are all achieved.

Bahr attributes its success to a high level of research and development, resulting in a constant flow of innovative and technically advanced products.

High production output and advanced logistics give excellent turnaround times and, consequently, short delivery times.

Products are supplied to E6 EV1, 25-40um anodising quality and other qualities are available to order.

Products can also be supplied to meet international clean-room classifications.

As well as the positioning system itself, Unimatic also supplies a wide range of couplings, belts, servo drives, motors and controllers to match the Bahr products. Request a free brochure from Unimatic Engineers ...
