Ai Qualitek acquisition is complete
Following the recent acquisition of Ai Qualitek by Uson parent company Roper Industries and its merger with Uson Europe, the two firms have completed the planned transition into a single company.
Following the recent acquisition of Ai Qualitek by Uson parent company Roper Industries and its merger with Uson Europe, the two firms have completed the planned transition into a single company specialising in leak detection, operating solely under the Uson trading name The existing former Ai Qualitek range of leak detection products will continue to be sold under the brand names Qualitek, Qualipak and Qualicheck, combining with the Uson brands Sprint, Testra and Vector
Operating from Pampisford, Cambridge, the combined company offers a total of over 70 years of experience in leak detection.
