Low cost leak testing up to 100bar test pressure
Uson Testra and Sprint leak testers are now available in new high-sensitivity versions with an increased maximum test pressure of 100 bar, said to be the highest so far offered
As well as synchronous testing of similar components in parallel, asynchronous testing of different items or different tests on the same one can be performed, with no need to connect all test components before multi-channel testing.
Operators can work independently, even in different plant areas, performing different tests.
Easy setup and use are achieved with simple password protected menus, and a "crisp" graphical display that also reduces operator error by making operation and results interpretation exceptionally straight-forward and nonsubjective.
All results can also be displayed at the control unit for interrogation by a supervisor as required.
Modular design allows use as a small independent test system or full integration into a completely automatic station.
Connectivity includes serial ports permitting data transfer to a printer or computer for data download, and remote control via a PLC is also possible.
A system design, installation and commissioning service is offered.
Fully fixtured systems of all complexities can be customised to requirement and may incorporate such features as interlocking guards, data capture, SPC software and analysis, automatic clamping, sealing and stamping.
