Leak detector ideal for medical products
A complete Uson ostomy bag test system, whose quality is now assured to full FDA requirements, has been purchased by medical products manufacturer Salts Healthcare of Birmingham.
These include pass or fail indicators, a fast-fill function for reduced test time, automatic connection to the bag port and a remote start input.
Clam-shell operation gives rapid bag loading and there is an RS232 interface for data logging.
Many types and styles of bags can be accommodated for testing.
Special fixtures may be supplied to test specific products and custom sealing devices can be designed to block extra bag openings.
Systems are also offered for burst and vacuum testing, and turnkey installations are available for large applications.
