A complete Uson ostomy bag test system, whose quality is now assured to full FDA requirements, has been purchased by medical products manufacturer Salts Healthcare of Birmingham.
The standard range consists of male or female seals with either pneumatic pushbutton or mechanical release, in sizes covering sizes from 12 to 55mm male and 2 to 53mm female.
Custom units are purpose-designed for the application and can take various forms including twin connectors, twist and lock, and even connection to square or irregular ports.
A "fit-for-purpose" guarantee warrants that if any standard seal recommended by Uson does not prove to suit the application, the company will take it back and credit the price towards the cost of a custom produced design.
