The Uson Qualitek 3000 pressure differential leak tester is a flexible and highly sensitive instrument developed to simplify complex test sequences and handle demanding industrial, automotive and laboratory benchtop applications.

Offered as a one- or two-channel unit, with an optional second channel pneumatics module, this self-contained leak tester is based on a PLC controlled platform and has Profibus and CAN network features.

By simply selecting one of its 150 programs the unit is ready to test components and assemblies that have the most stringent leak test specifications.

It has a large graphical display and an intuitive keypad layout providing clear step-by-step programming assistance for fast setup of a test sequence.

New state-of-the-art differential sensors and switching valves ensure accurate and repeatable test results.

Tests for the two channels can be run concurrently or independently, with a choice of pressure-rise or sealed-component testing.

Manual adjustment and electronic pressure regulation is available for both channels.

The test cycle can be started via the panel or downloaded through one of the three databus protocols available.

A front panel leak port gives easy access to a check calibration routine.

Operating languages offered are English, German and French.
