A new Zetec InSite CT eddy current crack tester from Uson gives fast, reliable and nondestructive detection of cracks or imperfections in critical components at production line speeds.

This easy-to-use tester enables 100% online inspection, supporting up to eight dual frequency probes working from 5Hz to 10MHz and having a "super-high" sampling rate of up to 10,000 samples per second.

The InSite CT can communicate with other machinery via its built-in industrial I/O which can be used to link the testing process to part sorters, marking devices and material handling equipment.

Data can be downloaded via an RS232 serial port, Ethernet connection or to USB media storage devices, all standard features.

Advanced controls and electronics provide the simplest step-by-step set up procedure and high resolution active matrix display.

A VGA connection enables remote installation of a second display.

Critical component testing is vital to user safety, product reliability and the elimination of damaging product recalls.
