The Zemic loadcell range covers capacities from a few hundred grams to around 500 tons, with over fifty families of single-point, compression, S-type, shear beam and spoke-type load cells.
They are available in capacities from 0.5 to 10t.
The mounts incorporate "jacking facilities" and full lift-off protection.
They provide accuracy because they incorporate a specially designed rocker load pin which ensures that the load being monitored is delivered to exactly the correct point on the integral load cell.
The rocking action compensates for expansion and contraction of the mass being weighed as well as offering "self restoration" if there is any movement caused by the wind or other influences.
The Revere RLC load cells are available in many grades including the C6 which guarantees a repeat accuracy of better than one part in 15000 of the rated capacity.
The mounts are so simple to install that most users would be able to carry out the installation themselves thereby saving on having to pay for specialist engineering effort.
No weighing experience is required to get excellent results.
Variohm is available to offer support at the commissioning stage if required but most clients can manage quite well without assistance.
Reliability is ensured because the RLC load cells are of a fully welded stainless-steel construction and they have integral overload protection which prevents damage to the load cell even in excess of 150% of the rated load.
