Variohm Eurosensor has launched the Etis line of non-contact infrared temperature sensors with 150C, 200C and 800C temperature ranges.

The Etis series has been designed for demanding tyre, brake and exhaust temperature measurement in autosports but suitable for a range of applications throughout industry.

Variohm EuroSensor has launched its new ETIS line of non-contact infrared temperature sensors with 150C, 200C and 800C temperature ranges.

It has a 1,000G shock rating and is packaged in a lightweight and durable aluminium housing measuring 20 x 18 x 12mm and weighing 26g.

The Etis series operates in ambient temperatures between 0-120C with a 30-70mm measurement stand-off distance and a target area of approximately 20mm diameter.

All operate from a 5VDC supply and have a linear voltage output over the calibrated temperature range of between 0.5-4.5V.

For simple and convenient mounting, front-facing M3 fixing holes and 1m long shielded leads are supplied as standard.
