Valve and Control Specialists has further developed its range of stainless ball valves to encompass a true socket weld for tube ends full-bore three-piece ball valve which negates the use of tube fittings.

The range of ball valves extends from 8 to 80nb and is available in various seat materials and kit options.

Traditional swage-type fittings or modified socket pipe ends were the only readily alternative means of connections previously.

VCS believes its new product range will benefit instrumentation engineers who have had to live with swage fittings or modified pipe ended valves for many years.
