Primetime will be running a series of free presentations, workshops and a CV clinic at the National Engineering Recruitment Exhibition.

Primetime, one of the UK's leading recruitment consultancy with over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry, will be running a series of free presentations, workshops and a CV clinic at the National Engineering Recruitment Exhibition (NER) incorporating the National Construction Recruitment Exhibition (NCR), taking place in Hall 8 at the UK NEC in Birmingham, on 28th and 29th November 2003.

Aimed at helping visitors with their job search, presentations will be given by the Engineering and Construction Recruitment Team throughout the day and will cover areas including: "How to sell yourself"; "How to answer difficult interview questions"; and "The key to preparation".

Interactive workshops will focus on successful job search techniques, how to prepare for job interviews, and how to dress for an interview.

Visitors are advised to bring along their CV to be reviewed by advisers, some of whom have over 20 years of experience in recruitment.

During short one-to-one sessions, trained advisors will assess and modify the CV to ensure success.

Bill Boorman, Training Director at PrimeTime says: "Our team deals with the technical job market day in and day out, looking through thousands of CVs - they know what will succeed.

We see our role at the exhibition as giving something back to the industry - passing on our expertise".

NER and NCR will profile engineering and construction in all its disciplines including civil, electrical, electronic, manufacturing, systems engineering and information technology.

Hailed as the most cost-effective forum for recruiting engineers across the UK, the exhibition targets engineering and construction graduates and professionals.

There will also be a full schedule of free presentations over both days provided by both exhibitors and experts on a variety of careers, training and schemes available.

These will take place during the exhibition opening hours 1100-1700 GMT on Friday 28th November and 1100-1600 GMT on Saturday 29th November 2003.
