A convenient service exchange solution allows fleet management companies to essentially swap their old onboard loadcells and pressure transducers for new, electrically interchangeable load cells at a fixed price.

This service, provided by Vehicle Weighing Solutions, is suitable for the majority of load cell types, including the PM Onboard, Barry Napper, Woodland, Revere and Maywood cells.

All that is required for this simple exchange is that the load cell is sent to Vehicle Weighing Solutions cleaned and clearly labelled.

The new (or reconditioned if preferred) electrically and mechanically interchangeable load cell will then be sent back to the customer usually within 24 hours, which means any operating disruption is kept to a minimum.

In addition, compatible connectors are fitted where appropriate for certain models.

All repaired loadcells come with an 18 month guarantee and new cells have 2 years.
