The Marsh 1100 and 3100 printers deliver the next technological leap in reliable online printing onto corrugated cases and trays The unique and patented automatic self-cleaning and self-maintaining system ensures a perfect and repeatable print quality in every kind of environment

By operating every time the machine is asked to print, printheads remain virtually clear of dust and debris throughout production.

It also avoids depriming caused by vibration, which is usually evident as a "missing dot".

Because the self-maintenance system is noncontact, it also avoids the damage to printheads that is possible during the periodic maintenance required on alternative systems.

The Marsh 1100 and 3100 unique self-maintaining printhead mechanism eliminates the wasted ink and downtime caused by the regular priming, purging and cleaning essential on other ink jet printers.

Ink delivery is simple and clean using sealed, nonpressurised containers.

The user interface displays ink use and clear warnings when ink is running low and new ink can be added without stopping production.

The closed system means that all ink used within the maintenance process is automatically recycled and filtered for re-use with no waste or spillage, ensuring a clean operating area and the lowest ink consumption and running cost available, with maximum uptime between ink refills.

The intuitive Clarity touch screen interface provides a simple and secure means to change images in seconds, view onboard help information or view the current image on the WYSIWYG display.

Users can prepare and preview the next job while still running the current image, and monitor performance or undertake powerful diagnostics without having to stop the line.
