Virtalis will be holding one of its Technology Road Shows at the University of Northumbria on Friday 25th November.

The theme will be "Interactive 3D everywhere" and a team from Virtalis will be showing off some of the company's latest techniques and equipment.

On show will be: the Virtalis StereoWorks projection system in the School for the Built Environment, the SensAble Phantom hiforce haptic device, the SensAble Omni haptic device with "virtual clay" software, Autostereo (glasses free) monitors from Stereographics and Sharp, the Polhemus FastScan handheld laser scanner and an Invision 3D printer.

The latest VR and advanced visualisation tools will be demonstrated throughout the day, showing how flexible, easy to use, robust, affordable solutions can help: improve designs, benefit research, enhance external and internal communication, shorten time to market, reduce costs and maximise returns.
