Black and Veatch has shown its confidence in the dependability of Helden flange adapters by purchasing them for the Ajman sewage treatment project The company is engineering procurement and construction contractor for the programme - the Middle East's first urban wastewater concession - and a lead partner with Thames Water in the new utility company created to build the system and operate it for 27.5 years

Some 300 Helden adapters in diameters from DN100 up to DN900 are being used at the treatment plant in valve chambers and for other critical connections between steel, GRP and PE pipework.
