In the automotive sector, craftsmanship is defined as a customer-driven activity focusing on creating a quality product that meets all expectations in terms of appearance, fit, finish, feel, sound, smell and performance.
Under the craftsmanship model the vehicle needs to be absolutely right and, given the pressures to perform that car manufacturers are under, they also need to be right first time.
Horner said: "Our core expertise in model making and in precision measurement are obvious ways in which we can help".
"Additional help such as on-site support to resolve technical problems, provision of project management, and financial analysis can also be offered".
