Visoneering, a leading engineering partner for automotive, aerospace and other manufacturing industries is exhibiting for the first time at this year's Farnborough International Air Show.
Visoneering, a leading engineering partner for automotive, aerospace and other manufacturing industries is exhibiting for the first time at this year's Farnborough International Air Show.
The focus for the exhibition stand will be a showcase of the company's capabilities within tooling for the manufacture of carbon fibre composite components.
This is an expertise which utilises advanced motorsport and automotive engineering and design technology applications for aerospace programmes.
Visioneering is vastly experienced in tooling and design engineering, and with comprehensive turnkey programmes can handle full sise styling and engineering mockups, environmental cubes, assembly fixtures and tooling for prototype and production parts.
The enviable client list of this Coventry-based firm includes many top automotive marques and aerospace manufacturers.
Current projects for Visioneering include the design and production of routing fixtures and mould tools for a major aviation company and a turnkey special project of a land speed record attempt vehicle.
The company is designing and developing many elements within the car build programme, carrying out a UK test programme and, in late summer, running the vehicle at Bonneville Salt Flats for the world record attempt.
Both of these programmes use motorsport technology for advanced engineering solutions to the design challenges presented by the clients.
