Kanematsu is to sell and market VTI's acceleration and pressure sensor products to the Japanese consumer electronics industry.
VTI Technologies and Japanese Kanematsu Corporation have signed a distribution agreement.
According to the agreement, Kanematsu will sell and market VTI's acceleration and pressure sensor products to the Japanese consumer electronics industry.
"The co-operation with Kanematsu in Japan will bring a great addition to our coverage in the Japanese consumer electronics industry and further improve our service level in the region", comments Tomy Runne, Head of Tokyo Office, VTI Technologies.
"Kanematsu Corporation has a long history especially in electronics market", says Konishi Yutaka, Executive General Manager, Key Devices Dept 1, Module and Devices Division.
"As a result, we have a lot of experience with almost all companies in Japan".
"We at Kanematsu believe that VTI's products including the accelerometers and pressure sensors have tremendous potential in consumer electronics market".
"The technology of VTI and the experience of Kanematsu will give the best solution to all customers at sensor era".
The agreement with Kanematsu is part of VTI's sales and partnership strategy.
The ability to provide sensors internationally and support the market with local distributors is a key factor in optimising sales and customer services.
