Needle valves in a wide choice of configurations

Waaree now offers Needle Valves in SS 304, SS 316, Carbon steel, Monel and other materials, as well as a choice of connections and options including multi turn spindles

Waaree now offers Needle Valves manufactured in a state of the art manufacturing and testing facility.

These are available in SS 304, SS 316, Carbon steel, Monel and other material of construction as per the customer's requirement and application.

These are used to on/off, or control the flow of media in pipe line or instrument.

Standard connection are 1/8", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" or 1" BSP, BSPT, NPT, OD.

Each valve is marked for its flow direction, connection, material of construction and pressure rating.

For better flow control, multi turn spindle can be offered.

These can have the working pressure of 15 PSI to 6000 PSI with the burst pressure of 9000 PSI.

The connection can be male-to-male, female to female, male to female screwed or flanged.

Each valve is tested for various test for the functioning which guarantees the quality product to customers.

They are tested for hydraulic and pneumatic pressure, vacuum test, vibration test, thermal stability and material of construction.

These also can be supplied with tube end connection.
