NPT/BSPT plumbing.

They provide flow from 0 to 151.4 litre/min and can handle pressures from 5 to 172bar, with fluid temperatures up to 93C.

C60 series valves bypass system fluid to prevent excess system pressure.

When a system discharge is completely closed - such as a closed spray gun, closed valve or plugged nozzle - the Hydra-Cell valve bypasses the total system fluid flow.

They also balance system pressure for multiple-gun operations.

The Hydra-Cell valve design is simple: a tapered plunger with valve seat all isolated by Viton or Teflon diaphragm between the wet end of the valve and the valve top.

When excess pressure overcomes the adjustable spring pressure on the plunger, the plunger lifts off the seat, allowing fluid to bypass and reduce system pressure.

The Hydra-Cell sealless diaphragm valve eliminates premature failure of the plunger seal in conventional sealed valves.
