Watson-Marlow's tubing range handles beverage dispensing, industrial washers, automotive, ink and chemical transfer, abrasive, aggressive, acidic or caustic-based fluids.
Free pump trials demonstrate peristaltic benefits
Watson-Marlow Bredel peristaltic pumps suit tough applications, where previously diaphragm, progressive cavity or gear pumps were employed.
Available in four sizes, this tough pump has capacities up to 5,000 litre/h and pressures to 16 bar.
The SPX DuCoNite hose pump reliably handles a variety of harsh materials, such as sodium hypochlorite, titanium dioxide, sodium hydroxide, catalytic agents, sulphuric acid, lime slurry, acidic liquors, solvents and resins and is particularly suitable for applications in the areas of wastewater treatment, as well as the food and chemical industries.
Advanced hose technology enables the SPX to reliably pump corrosive chemicals for sustained periods of time.
The peristaltic hose pumps are virtually maintenance-free with no expensive seals to replace, no check valves to clog, and no rotors and stators to wear out.
Highly abrasive or corrosive chemicals do not affect pump life.
Thanks to the self-loading design, hose replacement is quick and easy.
The combination of these features makes the SPX hose pumps a durable solution for tough chemical applications.
Every Watson-Marlow Bredel hose pump is an inherent metering pump with a repeatability of 99.5%.
These self-priming pumps accommodate flow rates of up to 80m3/h.
There are no internal universal joints, valves, dead corners, or glands to impede flow, and the pumps are reversible for back flushing of the pipelines.
They provide up to a 9.5m suction lift. Request a free brochure from Watson-Marlow Bredel Pumps ...
