Visitors to this year's Radio Solutions show will be able to solve their low power radio problems by taking advantage of free consultancy sessions being offered by Wood and Douglas.

Visitors to this year's Radio Solutions show will be able to solve their low power radio problems by taking advantage of free consultancy sessions being offered by Wood and Douglas.

The show will be held at the Commonwealth Conference and Events Centre, Kensington, London on 30th and 31st October 2002.

Each consultancy session will be run over half an hour providing one-to-one access to radio experts.

The first five people to book for a consultancy session will qualify for a free pair of Cirrus Experimental boards.

Those attending the show will also be able to take advantage of special reduced prices for the Cirrus Experimental boards throughout the duration of the show.

A recent Wood and Douglas survey revealed the most commonly asked questions are: what range would I expect on licence-free frequencies and what factors influence these; why do the very low power devices suffer so badly from outside interference; why do I need higher data speeds; the regulations talk about ERP - what is this; I need to get data back from a large number of points - how can I do this and avoid collisions; and why is adherence to European regulations so important?
