Humber Galvanizing's facility in Hull has invested in an extension to its storage facility in order to significantly increase the speed of delivery and collection times for customers.

With twice as much space to now accept deliveries and store completed galvanised items ready for collection, Humber Galvanizing can now offer an express service.

Teamed with its reputation for offering a high quality product, this means for Humber that it is yet again keeping abreast of competition.

Sean Kay, Regional Director, comments: "In doubling the storage facility we have created space to store large items while allowing much more space for collections and deliveries.

This means that trailers and articulated lorries don't have to queue-up to enter the yard, coupled with the fact that we've also invested in three new fork-lift trucks which enables us to speedily load and unload our customer's work".

The investment in the Humber plant means that it now takes just a few minutes to either collect or drop off work.

This has had an amazing effect on the plant's operations and the level of service that it offers to customers.
