Bridge to analogue signal acquisition
The WaveAnalog Pro Bridge enables direct connection of strain gauges, load cells and other four-wire resistance measuring devices to control and measurement systems.
The new Weidmuller WaveAnalog Pro Bridge is an analogue signal conditioner that enables direct connection of strain gauges, load cells and other four-wire resistance measuring devices, to control and measurement systems With a bipolar input range, the Pro Bridge module is effective where both positive and negative process variables are encountered, and so is suitable for a wide range of process and utilities plant control applications

Enclosures protect trackside safety equipment
A new series of remotely heated point heaters on the East Coast Main Line uses Weidmuller K Series enclosures to protect the connection assembly against all adverse trackside conditions.
An innovative feature is the integrated power supply crossconnection allowing supply voltages to be bridged between rail-mounted modules, without external wire loops.
Other features are the easy setting of the input voltages (unipolar or bipolar), with 12 ranges between +10/-10V to +500/-500mV without recalibration using DIP switches.
Output currents, including inverse signals, can also be set in the 0/20mA and 4/20mA ranges with DIP switches or voltage outputs are also selectable in the 5 to 10V range.
The Weidmuller WaveAnalog Pro Bridge offers three-way isolation of signal input, output and the supply voltage, and a green LED provides convenient visual indication of the operating state.
The DIP switch calibration settings are marked on the module, and there is ample room for additional marking.
The modules are fully approved to CE and UR standards.
