The West Group introduce the Precision Pneumatics' range of Fine-Adjustment Stop Collars.

These ingenious devices allow easy and precise stroke adjustment for linear sliding guide rods or shafts.

The two-piece collar is positioned on the shaft and the body is tightened with an allen key as with an ordinary clamping stop collar.

The knurled nut portion can then be rotated as with a micrometer to achieve extra-fine adjustment.

This nut is then locked in place with its own clamping screw.

Fine Adjust Stop Collars are manufactured in 9 Imperial bore sizes from 1/4" to 11/2", and 8 Metric bore sizes from 6mm to 30mm, designed to fit all brands of linear actuator rod or shaft.

The range of linear adjustment varies from 4mm to 11mm.

Stop Collars are available both in steel with a black oxide finish, and in stainless steel.
