There are four models in the SA series, with torques ranging from 0.1 to 3Nm on the smallest SA 03 model, up to 10-100Nm on the SA 100.
When special requirements are made on quality, reliability, process control and documentation, SA series models can be incorporated into Weber electronically controlled screwdriving systems.
Modular programming by means of staged screwdriving is an innovative concept developed by Weber whereby each screwdriving program consists of several sequential steps.
For each step, users can define the task to be completed and the parameter values to be deployed.
Such is the versatility of the concept that the screwdriving process can be selected from a number of standard operations, such as run-up steps, screw-in steps, seat-in processes, as well as tightening and loosening procedures.
There are also special processes for not-OK handling, data transfer, jump commands and PLC commands.
A variety of torques, rotation angles, screw-in depths, operating times, revolutions and motor current values are defined as the initial, threshold, cutoff or monitoring values of the parameters.
