West End Training is offering a special deal on its 'Supervisory and First Line Management Training' course: buy one place and get a second place half price.

This course, which is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 21 February 2006, is designed for those who have been placed into a management role or aspire to be placed into a management role and who are looking to understand some tools and techniques to manage their people more effectively.

Credits will be awarded towards a Business Foundation Degree.

Topics covered are: Understanding your management style is the first step towards developing that style; What is managing?; The difference between management and leadership; How and when to delegate; Building and motivating your team; Meetings for meetings sake (how to make all your meetings count); Establishing priorities, Objective setting; and Empowering others.

Customers who book one place for the full price of £295.00 plus VAT (£346.62 inclusive), can book a second place for half that price.

Prices include all of the training, a set of delegate notes and refreshments.

Courses run from 09:30 to 16:30.

These open courses will be held in Birmingham, UK.
