COURSE OVERVIEWS.

1 - Effective Appraisal Skills.

With so many staff appraisals or reviews taking place around this time of year, there has never been a better time to improve appraisal skills.

In this highly interactive workshop, delegates will learn the importance of giving more effective staff appraisals, and the benefits to the organisation, the manager and the individual.

The message provided by this course is that the appraisal is not a once-a-year exercise, and should be a part - albeit an important part - of the continual review and development of employees.

Date: 21 March 2006.

2 - Time Management - Skills and Practice.

This practical workshop will equip delegates with the knowledge and skills required to analyse their use of time and to give practical tools to improve their own self-management as well as ways of managing others that have an impact on their time.

Date: 28 March 2006.

3 - Supervisory and First Line Management Skills.

This course is designed for those who have been placed into a management role or aspire to be placed into a management role and who are looking to understand some tools and techniques to manage their people more effectively.

Date: 18 April 2006.
