WF Electrical, holder of the title 'Wholesaler of the Year', has produced special 'I use WF' van stickers for its customers and many are sufficiently pleased with its service to actually promote it
WF Electrical, holder of the title 'Wholesaler of the Year', has produced special 'I use WF' van stickers for its customers.
Cheeky, it may seem, but WF reports that many of its customers are sufficiently pleased with its service to actually promote it.
The coveted award recognised WF's policy of putting the customer first in everything it does, as well as its outstanding level of product availability.
The award judges were particularly impressed that, alone among electrical distributors, the company carries out an annual satisfaction survey covering over 10,000 customers.
WF was also commended for its Internet ordering facility, tailored invoicing policy, specialist catalogue options and high quality technical support.
