Amjun Zaman, a student of electrical installation at Barnfield College, Luton, has won the annual award for 'Endeavour and Progress', which is sponsored by electrical wholesaler WF Electrical.
Amjun Zaman, a student of electrical installation at Barnfield College, Luton, has won the annual award for 'Endeavour and Progress', which is sponsored by electrical wholesaler WF Electrical.
Head of department David Robson commented that 'He has shown an outstanding grasp of both the practical and theoretical aspects of the course'.
After graduating he will move on to an apprenticeship in industry ultimately leading to an NVQ which will build on his current qualification, a City and Guilds.
If his early promise is fulfilled, he is set for a bright future.
