A WF Electrical product story

WF Electrical has introduced WF Xpress, a new call and collect service that gives WF account holders immediate access to the many thousands of lines held in the company's National Distribution Centre

In response to constant customer demand, WF Electrical has introduced WF Xpress, a unique new call and collect service that gives WF account holders immediate access to the many thousands of lines held in the company's National Distribution Centre (NDC) in Dagenham.

Customers can have any of the lines it stocks in just two hours.

Unlike most wholesaling branches, which hold an average of only 2-3000 of the most popular lines, WF's distribution centre stocks over 10 times that amount.

WF Xpress is designed to fulfill the need faced by so many contractors and maintenance operatives who face deadlines and emergencies on a daily basis.

Often in these cases the product that is needed can be difficult to obtain.

Typically a specification is changed, an item is urgently required to complete a project or a component breaks down.

This is precisely where WF Xpress comes in.

Open from 7.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, there is no minimum order, no premium charge and availability covers some of the most difficult products to source, even cut lengths of specialist cable.

While clearly a major advantage to those working in and around London, it will prove equally valuable to those faced with an emergency working further afield.

This is because WF Xpress will arrange to dispatch any product to any part of the UK within two hours by the customers preferred method of delivery.
