Customers report back on electrical wholesaler

A WF Electrical product story

Electrical wholesaler WF Electrical has, over the past year, made available to its customers report cards, which can be picked up at the trade counter as well as being attached to deliveries.

These have been returned in significant numbers and every one, whether the comments are favourable or not, is followed up by WF branch personnel.

However the theory behind the policy is that WF can never have enough information about the way their customers feel.

As part of their on going aim to achieve constant improvement the company is encouraging their customers to return more of these cards.

The cards are designed to keep WF in touch with their customer base, in between the annual surveys the wholesaler conducts.

Results from the last survey showed that WF was performing well as a distributor, but such is the quest of the company to attain the highest possible customer care standards, that on-going customer feedback was encouraged.

Commented Richard Rose, managing director of WF Electrical, "Satisfied customers are our most important asset and the customer report card is a particularly valuable way of identifying areas for improvement".
