WF Electrical is pleased to announce that it was highly commended at this year's annual Electrical Industry awards in the 'Commitment to Service' category.

WF Electrical is pleased to announce that it was highly commended at this year's annual Electrical Industry awards in the 'Commitment to Service' category.

The company was the only wholesaler to be recognized at the awards, which were presented at the prestigious London Hilton Metropole by Alistair McGowan, TV impressionist and star of the BBC's 'Big Impression'.

This is the second year in succession in which WF has been recognized; in 2000 it won 'Wholesaler of the Year' at the same event.

The judges were particularly impressed that, alone among electrical distributors, WF carries out an annual survey covering over 10,000 customers to determine how well it is meeting customer expectations.

With this commendation the judges also recognized WF Xpress, the two-hour call and collect service operated from its Dagenham based NDC, as well as its tailored invoicing policy, specialist catalogues and high quality technical support.
