Free-standing air conditioning units available
WF Electrical has entered the air conditioning market with a range of free standing and wall-mounted units that are ideal for offices, conference facilities, hotels, clubs and domestic applications.
This guarantees that public sector customers pay the lowest price for the quantity of products on the day that they are ordered.
Further to this, WF has put several measures in place to make ordering from the company easier.
These include a new call and collect facility that gives WF Electrical account holders access, in just two hours, to the tens of thousands of lines held in the company's NDC (National Distribution Centre) in Dagenham.
The NDC stocks over 10 times more product lines than an average wholesaler and is open from 0730 to 1730, Monday to Friday.
There is no minimum order, no premium charge and availability covers some of the most difficult products to source, even cut lengths of specialist cable.
WF has also created a new Customer Service Team, again based at its Head Office in Dagenham, to make customers lives easier and to back up the service provided by branches.
The WF team is dedicated to taking ownership of issues that customers may raise and seeing that they are resolved.
Furthermore, The team offers advice on a range of technical and business related matters.
