WF has created a new customer service team, based at its head office in Dagenham, to make customers lives easier and to back up the service provided by branches.

WF has created a new customer service team, based at its head office in Dagenham, to make customers lives easier and to back up the service provided by branches.

Unlike call centres or conventional customer service arrangements.

The WF team is dedicated to taking ownership of issues that customers may raise and seeing that they are resolved.

Headed by Steve Callan, who has nearly 25 years experience in the industry, the team offers advice on a range of technical and business related matters.

Crucially, this advice spans both internal and external resources.

Customers can be assured that, by making a single phone call to one of two dedicated numbers, 0845 604 0066 for technical and 0845 604 7370 for business, they can contact a dedicated member of staff who has relevant experience.

As well as offering advice on the suitability of products for specific applications or sourcing obscure products, they can also help arrange datacomms training, consolidated invoicing and deal with complaints.
